I like Marienne better.
The first one would be a trainwreck for the poor girl for 12 or more years of school.
Still, if I were you, I'd keep looking and try to find one that the child will be proud to have, not one that is made up in hopes of being "original." It's up to the child to be "original," not the name.

If I had to choose one, I'd choose Marienne, but both names would be hard to pronounce. Here are a few alternatives:
Mariana
Mirella
Maren
Marianna

I would pronounce the first one mary-elle, but i like it that way. Marienne is a great name and sounds very pretty. I also like Maryn.

They are both hard with pronunciation (1st one is a pronunciation nightmare) so I couldn't honestly say one was better than the other. What about alternatives like
Amara
Amari
Marianne / Mary-anne
or just seperate into two names like Maari Lee or something
