The Christmas Gift (1986)
It is such a sweet movie. It might be trite or 'hokey' to some, but it's really heartwarming to me. A little magic for Christmas is always a good idea. This one goes well with Miracle on 34th Street and It's a Wonderful Life, which weren't made for TV movies, but then there really weren't such things in 1947 and 1947, were there?

I like this movie that always plays on the Lifetime channel about a guy who's in high school and he has a porn addiction. He's a swimmer and he has a girlfriend but everything starts going down tubes when he stays up half the night looking at porn on the internet. He loses his girlfriend and gets into trouble when he meets a girl from one of the websites in person.

I can't remember the name of it but was a TBS made for TV movie. It had the same premise as the hills have eyes but it was much much better. I also like Hider in the House with Gary Busey and Mimi Rogers. The Laura Black Story with Brooke Shields, and The Perfect Bride. Hella scary!!!

There's one with Sally Field and Judy Davis, called "A Cooler Climate". It's probably THE only made-for-television movie I've found worth watching more than once.

My favorite made-for-TV movie of all-time is "Brian's Song," which starred James Caan as Brian Piccolo and Billy Dee Williams as Gale Sayers.

"Burning Bed" with Farrah Fawcett. It was about this abused wife . Who kills her abusive husband she can't seem to shake. He hunts her and their kids down. Every time she would run away. She went to the police. But the police would not help. It was back when, they didn't recognize spousal abuse. So, all her complaints to the authorities. Where ignored , because she was a woman .

Brian's Song.
I really don't even like football, but that movie makes me cry every time I watch it!
I'll bet very few people could watch that movie and not cry; unless they had a very cold heart!
