I think that it was the piece of Voldemort that was in Harry. I could be wrong, but that's what I gathered from it.

The naked boy was the piece of Voldemort that was inside Harry, and Dumbledore said it was beyond help because it is pure evil and represents a murder that Voldemort committed.

It was the part of Voldemort's soul that had been in Harry and had been removed by Voldemort's Death Curse. It was beyond either Dumbledore or Harry's help, because the only hope for it was if Voldemort felt remorse and repented of his evil.

That was the bit of Voldemort's soul that was in Harry. (well, thats what it represented.)

If you want to read deeply into it, it represented all evil. It is far beyond anybodies help, especially something as evil as Voldy.
