A guy I never met came up to listen to me speak to one of his friends, and he just stared at me for at least a minute...inches from (reallllly close) my face...with a confused expression and didn't let up until I looked at him back and he looked embarassed. He's never introduced himself to me ever though. And I tried to speak to him the next day and he just ignored me...what does this mean?

Hmmm, did he speak your language? Maybe he just doesn't have a sense of personal space.
