Here are two ideas that are...pushing it...as an instrumental. Both have vocals but they aren't LYRICS so much.
Trashin the Camp (Phil Collins and N Sync) is a cool song, very upbeat, but not too fast. The singing is all scat, nonsense sounds...shoo bee doo bee doo...type stuff. vocal sounds that don't mean anything. It would be a very high energy performance. It's very short for what it's worth...and kind of builds up.
Orinoco Flow by Enya...(sail away sail away sail away...let me sail, let me sail, let the orinoco flow, let me reach let me beach on the shores of tripoli) seems ideal for skating, it is nice tempo and it is very expressive, it is calming but exciting all at the same time. The words are in English...but her voice is so wispy and light that it just kind of blends in. The music is definitely the highlight of the song.
