It is a mild form of pneumonia. It is an inflamation of the pleura, the lining of the lungs. It usually occurs as a complication from a severe cold or flu and is most common in people with breathing disorders or weakened immune systems. Though anyone can get it if the conditions are right. It will usually not come up in law class or government unless you have a very unusual case. You probably don't need to worry.
