Given it is a business two notice, is calculated as 14 days straight or would it be 10 business days? How would you count it if the business is open 24/7/365? My two week notice I gave recently included weekends for 14 days straight? Right or Wrong?

You can tell them your last day is whenever you want.
Two weeks is two weeks. Period.
If you give notice on mondya, then your last day is the monday 14 days later.

10 business / working days is two weeks notice.

Ten business days = two week notice. But it is nicer now days if you can give 30 days notice.
