This is one of the first questions I asked my OBGYN when I became pregnant. Yes- she said Proactiv is fine to use. She said avoid using products containing vitamin A derivatives (such as anti-aging creams), but benzoyl peroxide is okay. I used Proactiv throughout my pregnancy and know others who have, as well. She also told me to pay little attention to pregnancy advice on the internet!

Yes, you can still be pregnant if you use proactive. Whether or not it is good for pregnant people may be the real question.
Read the ingredients in the products that you are using. If they are all natural products then you should be fine. If it has ingredients like benzoyle peroxide (sorry, not sure of the spelling) or retinol, or other ingredients like that then you should stop the use of it.

Do you mean is Proactive safe to take if you're pregnant? I wouldn't take any chances. When you see your doctor, he/she should be able to prescribe an acne medication for you that is safe for you to take during your pregnancy. When in doubt, do without.
