Ive been given the world. Im graduating college debt free, just got married to the most incredible man who absolutely worships me, have amazing friends and family, and i just got some incredible job offers. Why am i not happy?

Sometimes an inner peace seems not to be there and you wonder where happiness is and if it is there to find,,then suddenly one day you will wake up and realise that happiness isnt going to hit you with a bang but it will be inside you. It will be inside you when your husband does something kind for you, like prepare you a great meal. It may be there when a good friend lets you know what you mean to them. It may also be there when you feel the love between you and family. Its learning to find happiness in little things and then all the good things will be a bonus and you will see the good fortune in your life. Our moods are forever changing. Our ideals are too. Dont go looking for happiness, happiness is within you trust me. You just have to feel the good in small things and your happiness will grow till it bursts right out of your soul. Have faith.

I totally know how you feel! I was just coming on here so I could say thanks for the nice answer as there are some REALLY mean people on here. I think when you have everything like that... its really not everything. Think this answer is bogus or not.. but the only thing that made me happy when I had everything and still wasnt happy was God. I dont know your perspective on that... but having a great man, being debt free, amazing friends, wonderful family, and a perfect job........... does not mean your living the perfect life. It means that to a lot of ignorant people tho. I think for every single thing you have in your life that is so great.... and the fact that you may not me praising and thanking God for every single one of those gifts would have something to do with it. I've been there. I'm 20, debt free, just started an amazing business with my fiance (who sounds like yours) who I will be married to on Feb 9th, perfect family, awesome supporting friends.......... but something was missing..... God. Its quite interesting, but not until you realize that the only way you got everything that you have that should be making you so happy was by the Grace, Mercy, and Love of God... will you be happy.
I hope you become happy with everything you have.....

I was born poor in a violent part of the world and involved with its struggle for freedom from a young age. But I also had mates and family I could (and did) trust with my life, and a cause to believe in.
Maybe is what you need - something outside of yourself to fight for and believe in.
