Get some meat on your bones, or possibly see a doctor to make sure you are getting all your nutrients... you could be lacking something like iron, who knows. i'm not sure what would make you cold in the summer....

I am always cold too. The dr told me it is because I have poor circulation. My heart has to work really hard to get the blood out to my extremities. So, my hands and feet (esp. in winter) are ALWAYS cold!!

I don't really have any good solutions. I just wear layers, keep socks on at all times, keep a blanket close by, etc. If you come up with any new methods, let me know!!

It could be anemia. A few years ago when I was on holiday in The Bahamas (best vacay ever), it was very hot, but whenever I was in an airconditioned room for too long, I had to cover up. On the flight, I was so uncomfortably cold while everyone else was embracing it.

I have same thing and I am actually hot in the winter. I start with spandex pants and close fitting sweaters then start layering them. One time my neighbor asked how I could be out in the cold and I told him I had 5 pair of pants on(I did).

Especially animal hair sweaters will really keep you warm in layers. Then of course a jacket/coat on top.

I am the same way you are, however I grew up in Dallas. I am freezing if its below 70, and I will turn the heat up then( my hubby hates that) People say we are thin bloded, but I think theres no way to know unless you ask a doctor, and im not payin 80 bucks for that visit, id rather get a nice *** leather coat

Anemia, low thyroid, or just being a girl. For some reason estrogen promotes cold hands and feet. Dress warm, especially hat and warm socks, multiple layers on feet and body.

Seriously, put on a few pounds. It sounds like your body needs a little extra to protect your organs and keep you warm. Maybe 5 lbs. would make a big difference.

Go to the doctor to have your thyroid checked. If you have Hypothyroidism you are cold alot even in the warm months. I have that.
