When he was born he was in the 40% then at 2 months he was in the 90% and now its in the 35% should I be worried? Has anyone had this happen to there child?

I wouldnt worry. Kids grow at different rates, and in different times. He might go in for his 6 month and be i the 90%.

My son had his 6 mo check yesterday. The nurse measured his head to be 18 3/4 cm......I guess that was of concern because when the Dr came in he mentioned it. Re-measured and found it to be 17 3/4..........They can be off with measurements. Don't worry :)

My daughter grew to become into born 5 lbs 2 oz..and 18 inches. At twelve months she grew to become into approximately 17 a million/2 pounds and 28 a million/4 inches. Her top at twelve months is approximately 25 percentile and her weight is approximately 10 or 15 percentile. i don't be attentive to how he's off the chart whilst 17 pounds isn't on the backside or the astounding of the chart in percentiles. you're able to make yet another appt with the pediatrician to debate your questions to help you sense extra useful. stable good fortune.

Doctors are forced to make a note of every possible conceivable problem and follow up with test after test. This is to cover their *** in the event of lawsuits.
The result is that they are forced to send people home worrying to high heaven in a tizzy without any real cause.

It's not the doctors' fault tho. It's to be expected in this sue-happy environment caused by greedy lawyers and patients.

When your baby's head circumference is done the person doing it is supposed to use a paper measuring tape not PVC. PVC can stretch over time and give bad measurements. Maybe you need to get it checked again, one or more of the measurements may be wrong.

Please try not to worry! My son's head circ. has always been in the 95%. I worried his head was to large for his body.......I think us moms we worry to much. Your doctor has to take precautions, and baby's go through growth spurts very quickly. My son is fine and I'm sure your baby will be ok also!
