.....be like in the movies or an anime? So many guys want to meet "misses right" as many times as possible or so says my dad. I am a nice guy and I don't even need to fall in love to have my Mrs. Right. I hate it so much I could cry. Everyone my age has no interest in someone like me? Does that mean I will have to wait a long time?

Love comes along when you least expect it, mine was my friend for two years and my innocent daughter said to me, "Mom, I want Bill to be my Dad." I was thinking are you crazy, why would I ruin a perfectly good friendship to marry him??? About four months later he proposed and I said, "Yes!" much to my own surprise it has been twenty years now...

Sometimes the movies and anime show us unrealistic expectations of love because it doesn't show all the great things that can and do go along with that love. Such as building a life together, having a family, sharing all the good times as well as the bad times which are all made easier because you have the love of a great partner. To get what you want, and to have a love of your life, put your wants and needs out into the universe... it's so true that it will come back to you! And be open to all possibilities! The timing is not right. Just learn to have confidence in yourself and believe that love will come and find you. It's been said that a person is not ready for love until they are happy in their life by themselves. Keep hanging out with friends/family, do good at school and/or work, have fun with your hobbies. Your happiness will be attractive to someone special.
