Not being laughed by your classmate and do all your works. Must be having something special to impress other people? Extra homeworks to be in lead of what your teacher teach? Not screawing up your future? Geting in a gifted class of french immersion? I'm french immersion actually way harder than the gifted.

Being a teenager full stop is hard work.

Not only are you growing and changing and learning who you are - you also have all these adults telling you what you should be doing and who you should be.

You get told what you should feel and what you should do, and then five minutes later they are telling you that you should start making your own decisions and know better because you are a teenager now. The pressure also goes on for you to find a part time job to pay for the things that you want, but they also expect you to not be one of the crowd following what everyone else does.

I would never want to be 13 again - that's for sure. The good news is that your teenage years only last for a few years and then things will start to even out again.

Good luck with the next couple of years - and then it should be onward and upward.

Make sure there is some time in your life for fun. Everything needs to be balanced.
