I will be throwing a party and I am working out a deal where I include the drinks as part of the entry fee. This is what I had in mind.

$10 Entry to the club (with no drinks besides free bottled water)

$20 Entry to the club with 3 drinks included

$30 Entry to the club with 6 drinks included

Do you guys THAT DRINK when they go to the club feel that this is a bargain? I am not asking anyone underage or those who don't drink or detest drinking. I am not asking for your opinion. No offense.

I would have..

Seagrams
Tanqueray
Jose Cuervo
Absolut!
Parrot Bay
Smirnoff
Bacardi

Plus Mixers (Coke, Fruit Juice etc.)
The amount of tickets you recieve on entry will determine the amount of drinks you will have. Once you are in you can't buy any more tickets.

You could choose 6 Parrot Bay and Pineapple Juice if you wanted or 3 Seagrams plus OJ and 1 Parrot Bay and 2 straight shots of Absolut! for the 6 ticket entry fee price.

In other words, no, there will not be a limit on the type of drink. As many as your tickets will allow until it's gone.

In Atlanta where the party is going to be held, the trendiest clubs charge a $20 entry fee that does not include any drinks.

The lower end clubs charge a $5 entry fee and serve watered down drinks for about $5-$7 each.

I envision my parties as the middle ground. packaged drink specials for less than they would have cost at any other club.

I am in this to make money and provide people a good time. I am not trying to break even for a $2,000 investment. How many drinks would you guys suggest that would be "fair" for the price paid?

$20 for 4 drinks?

$30 for 7 drinks?

I am a party promoter doing this to make a profit. Putting a party like this together is expensive . I am doing it to make a profit. I am not hosting it (giving everything away for free) nor can I afford to do an open bar all night because it will cost about $50 a person to cover my expenses and make a profit and I also have to be sure that no one leave TOO intoxicated.

I could definitely have some beer. I was looking at Heineken and Corona. I was thinking of Budweiser Select. Any suggestions?

I thought about the $50 all you can drink but if someone leaves the party and has a wreck they can sue me for over-serving here in GA. By limiting the amount consumed I can protect myself legally and still ensure everybody has a good time.

I don't drink so I will take two $30 packages and give the drinks to my friends.
