rewrite the expression (log base 2 of x) + (3 log base 2 of y) -(5 log base 2 of z)it look like this log{2] (x) +3 log[2] (y) -5 log [2](z)

Looks correct to me:
log base 2 of (x y^3 / z^5 )
or
log base 2 of (x y^3 z^-5 )

What does your book say the answer should be?
