My GF is not pregnant, but her menstrual cycle is delayed and her blood test report says she has a high level of muscle enzymes. Are these inter-related in any way?

No, she is not taking steriods!! However, she has started a new exercise routine with her trainer at the gym and the trainer is making her do new exercises which she had not done before.

usually athletes who are girls dont get their periods as often because theyre training very hard. It could either be because the body does not have enough fat stores to comfortably have its cycle or some other reason (maybe the muscle enzymes do have somethign to do with it?) There are many things that happen to girls to have delayed periods

Women athletes, who are competing stop bleeding due to lack of body fat & their cycle returns once the stop.
Not having a cycle has more to do with the lack of body fat, then increased muscle size.
That being said, illness, medication & stress can also affect your girlfriend's cycle.
