It may not be exactly what you are looking at, but is very similar.

Certainly the tile is not strictly unique, and beyond DAL there are hundreds of sites that will allow you to shop online.

It looks to be "slate" or faux slate, and obviously that pic shows various; precise angles cut.

Personally I prefer face to face shopping for tile.

With all due respect NAME probably couldn't be determined fRom the pic, nor could the substance of the tile. IE: Slate/ Ceramic/ Porcelain/ etc.
