Uhhh...Joriental, it was a simple question, something that I was curious about. Calm down and take a deep breath. In different cultures beauty is percieved in different ways. Don't answer with an inflammatory response to an innocent question. By the way I am 100% USDA Prime American.

Apparently sarcasm isn't one of your strong suits joriental. If you don't get the engrish to english prop you are truly lost.

Since japanese prefer being natural they don't like to shave Joritental (if you don't know what I mean you really are lost)? And since Koreans like artificial things they take care of themselves. Thanks for clearing things up.

Not just Japan but most Asian countries. I have no idea why. They even have skin bleaching products all over there...aren't they light already!. But Japan is less compared to Korea and China. A bunch of Japanese singers I've seen were tan and seem to like looking tan but Korea is a different story they're all paled up in their pictures...their natural skin is a bit darker than what they're portrayed in magazines etc.

There are a lot of "models" you can find in magazines who have crooked teeth. Some celebrities have crooked teeth, but most get them fixed after a while. Everyday women have crooked teeth, and I never saw a person with braces while I was in Japan. I'm not sure I would say its attractive, as in something people look for in a girl, but people don't have an aversion to crooked teeth like they do here in the US.

That has to be the case because sometimes even professional models have crooked teeth in close-up shots. If the crooked tooth was considered unattractive it obviously be photoshopped away, even if the young lady didn't want to go in for cosmetic dentistry.

I think it is the small face for the women
This dates back to early Edo. The women are painted with half covered face or slightly turned away to make their face look smaller.
Also the neck and the white skin are considered attractive.
I haven't heard about crooked teeth, though.

Somewhat,it's just preference.
You probably mean "yaeba" which means a bit standing canine tooth.
I personally like cute women with yaeba, they look sexy.

It doesn't seem to be considered unattractive. If one tooth (the canine tooth, as someone else said) is turned slightly sideways I hear that is considered cute/sexy.

uhm, nope.. everything that matters here is looks.
sad to say, but even if you're the kindest person in the world, they won't notice it and simply give all those credits to someone who's more of an eyecandy... sad to say, but true...
but, there are always exception.... those people are unique if you happen to find them.. ^_^, I myself, still hoping..
