Most of them are okay. But in a mobile home park it is not a very nice place on the weekends. Loud parties. Cops in and out. Sure they are just having fun but these homes dont hold in the sound and we are so close together. And I work on weekends and need to sleep.

The houses are on 1 acre lots on a dead end road. This was an old farm road. I have great neighbors we help each other if necessary but stay out of each others way. Spats transpired over loose dogs digging in yards only once. My 95 yr old widower neighbor lives alone, still drives his lawnmower and his car looing for a lady companion. He called my husband last week with an emergency. He ran over to hear his oven element went out while he was cooking his casserole. Across the street my 95 yr old girlfriend gardens, cooks dinner for her family each Sunday and made 26 quilt tops winter before last. She's teaching me to overcome old. age.
Blessings, really! Juju

Two doors up....bad situation. Police are there quite often and it's been a real problem. Everyone one else is nice, and we all know that we're here for each other if necessary. There were some clashes with the people next door when we first moved in....he's a real redneck and sure didn't want Yankees so close!..but somewhere along the line we started getting along, and now we're actually very close.

I have lived in an RV park for more than ten years and have had dozens of neighbors! I have gotten along with all of them. I worked the graveyard shift for eleven of those years and once in a while I would have to ask someone to hold the noise down at noon so I could get to sleep. I was nice about it and so were they. They always complied.

I live in a cul de sac & all are friendly except for a few, but that doesn't bother me. I get along with five of my closest neighbors & that's just fine. We're all in the same age range & we are of the same mindset. We like to picnic, dine out, have picnics, taking turns having it at each one's home, & sitting around the firepit outside on chilly fall nights, here in the south, which are finally here.

I have really good neighbors. We live down at the end of a dirt road, but the neighbors are fairly near. We are there for each other if someone needs something, but no one bothers anyone else. We all love animals and that helps.

My neighbors are the best! We all get along even though many of us have different religious beliefs. When someone needs help we rally around and do what we can to help out. I hold extra keys to many of my neighbors homes .. just in case, and some even have keys to my home.

If there is a problem, we talk it over, so, we get along with our neighbors, in some cases , it's a matter of live and let live.

All my neighbors are wonderful - EXCEPT the ones immediately to the west of me. They are truck drivers - they drink - they swear - they throw things (junk) on my deck and their little dog leaves doo doo in the yard! (No fences allowed). So I just ignore them - and when they get too loud - I call Security!
