I used to cope with stress and stuff by drinking all the time....now, I go out and take my new digital camera and find things to take pictures of and relax......I have found that I really enjoy photography.

I'm sort of going through a crisis right now. It's not as bad as it was a few months back but there is still a ways to go. The way I deal with it is to take one day at a time and just let things come as they do and go with the flow.

Yes, I cope with it just like everything else. I focus on what is positive in my life and realize that the only thing I will accomplish by stressing too much is to give myself an ulcer.

I am just pulling out of one. You just keep moving forward. Everyday being strong, everyday moving forward with the knowledge that it wont last forever and your strength and will will get you through. Look forward to the day when you can breathe easy, like pleasure, crisis do not last forever. Keep doing the best you can, that is all anyone can do! Good Luck!

Yes, several at once, in fact. Work, health, family relationships messed up.
I know that God has a plan for my life, and that everything that happens is in His will and for my good, ultimately. Even if I can't see why something is happening, I have faith that it will all be ok.
I read my Bible every day, pray and ask for a calm mind, peaceful heart and wisdom in dealing with all that is going on.

Yes my mother is in the nursing home my father is depressed cause she's there and everybody looks to me for answers and I try to do the best I can I get so down that I want to leave home and never look back. Then I get on my knees and pray for God to help us through another day and I thank Him that my mother and father are still here that I'm well enough to see them anytime I want to.I know that God is in control and I only need to trust Him

Who said "Life is but a whirling vortex of despair marked by a few short moments...." Anyhow, yup that's life...My grandmother told me that if you don't like this minute, hold your breath 'cause another one's coming and if things can't get any worse, they only get better...A little hot chocolate and quiet time is always good- just think with your brain and not so much your heart or vice versa.

No not really but I was a few months ago. I just kept myself busy, cried a lot, and surrounded myself with positive people.
