We all are at time guilty of this. Unfortunately I am seriously trying to limit/cut bread out of my diet all together as it is one of my serious downfalls. Anything baked.
Sometimes after a good italian meal you can't even see if the plates have been touched or if they are clean!!!!

ive done that before but usally ppl i know give u so much food that u cant eat it all no matter how hungry u are.

my husband does that, sometimes I*m not sure if its a clean plate or a dirty plate.
