If the Big Bang Theory is true, and all matter was condensed into one extremely small and dense area, then what was outside of the area where all matter existed?

There is no absolute proof that's why it's called a theory. There are alot of concepts and theorems and ideologies that hold a lot of credence about the subject but they can't be proven without a shadow of a doubt.

That outside area was non-existent at thtat point.

Once the bang happened, the matter expanded and cooled.

I know you won't understand this, but space was compact too, so there was no outside.
