YES!!! Donovan is an awesome name. Ya maybe it was "a boys name" but that does not matter at all these days. I think it would be very cute

YES - I love the name Donovan. I never would have thought to name a little girl Donovan, but many names are becoming "unisex" names so why not.
I have a friend who named their son Jonovan - unique and nice.

Congratulations

I like it. And if girls can be named Ryan, Riley and Brody, then yes, Donovan is fair game!

I would use a clearly feminine middle name, though. Marie, Elizabeth, Christina, Catherine ... you get the idea. I think it's always a good idea when gender-bending a first name to define it with the middle.

If you like it, go with it.

Since Donovan is a surname, I don't think it is any less appropriate for a girl than a boy.

Makes me think of Donovan McNabb - definitely don't like that name for a girl.

Neutral

It's not my favorite. It sounds a little too masculine to me. I just don't think cute little girl when I hear that name. But, it's not horrid either. It's just not what would be expected.

Someone once told me to go the back door and yell the proposed name as loudly as possible (as if you were calling the child) and if you still like it - use it.
