Yes, because that's perhaps the most common way HIV is spread. Obviously pregnancy is not a concern. But if you think about it, wearing a condom is necessary even if neither party has any diseases -- think about what comes out of that orifice! Do you really want to ram your dick into someone's sh!t without a condom?

It would be very wise because of the bacteria in the anal canal. The slit in the end of the penis is susceptible to urinary tract infections entering the urethral canal. Be safe not sorry!! HIV and all kinds of sexually transmitted diseases put you at risk. Today it's a death sentence.
