Sorry, but the tubes shown in your link are for a standard hood, and that won't provide intense enough lighting to keep an anemone. You should have a minimum of compact fluorescent or T-5 lighting to keep them, and some that need more intense lighting may need to have metal halide or HQI.

You will need to choose an anemone carefully, not only for lighting, but also because clowns and anemones aren't all compatible - you need to choose the species of anemone baced on the type of clowns you have (ocellaris). The bubble-tip is one of the easier to keep for them, but even they will need to have stronger lighting than what you get from a standard hood.

A 20 gallon tank is way too small for an anemone. It could easily grow to take up the entire tank.

Having said that, in my experience, no that is not enough light.

Whoever sold you a 20 gallon tank for salt should be hung. 55 gallons is the bare minimum. I didn't even know you could get special lights for tanks that small. Don't waste your money on the lights or the fish.

generally you are going to want to buy a lunar light. Which is need for corals, while anemones arent considered reef, they will benefit with a lunar light.
