It depends. For PS2, personal preference, I would say:
Dragon Quest 8
Kingdom Hearts I and II
FFX
And you can play other games from PS1, so FFVII makes the list.

Return To Castle Wolfenstein - Great game. I love it. Highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys first person shooter games.
