If all attempts fail, try unpluging the hard drive, turning on the computer and then turning it of and then pluging the hard drive back in. When this is done your computer thinks you have installed new hardware.

google lost nt password or reset nt password
you find a program called Astranumi or something like that
download the cd image
burn to cd
reboot to the cd
follow instructions
it will reset the password to whatever you want
even blank
