From your list of first names, I love Delilah. It's both old school and exotic. I'd use it over the more popular but slightly tired Brianna, and all the Lili- options you've listed.
Especially because you could still use Lily as a nickname your Delilah - so it's a have-your-cake-and-eat-it-too moment.
For a middle name, Delilah Isabel could be a great combo. Delilah Kate, Delilah Celeste and Delilah Maren all come to mind.

Delilah is the best, followed by Liliana. The others are too popular or too trendy (Brianna and Isabel).
Both are gorgeous, and go with tons of middle names: Delilah Elise, Liliana Quinn, Delilah Charlotte, Liliana Delphine, Delilah Sadie, Liliana Coralie, Delilah Aurelie, Liliana Naomi, Delilah Annaliese, Liliana Emmeline, Delilah Jessamine, Liliana Wren, Delilah Evangeline, Liliana Penelope, etc.

My fiance's niece's name is Liliana and I think it's a beautiful name. I also like the name Delilah though too. Although, I prefer it spelled Delila. I guess I like the name Lilian as well.
