you could be 80's and wear leggings and a long shirt and sweatshirt with the top cut off
you could be a baby by wearing pajamas and carrying a teddy bear and a bottle
you could wear all black with candy wrappers taped on and be the floor of a movie theater.
you should be more specific in what type of costume you want.

Wear a green shirt and pin a big capital "P" on the front (cut it out of anything, paper, felt, fabric) and paint a black circle around one eye with mascara. You are now a "black-eyed pea". If you carry a guitar, you can be one of the rock band "The Black-Eyed Peas"

Go to a store near you and buy a costume that u like..target,wal-mart,walgreens!or u can be a cheerleader or anything!

If you have an old dress you could go as a doll.
If you have old clothes that you don't mind ripping up here and there you could go as a zombie.
Use what you have at home.
