Actually Kudzu has it backwards.
They say wind... ("wind blows") but really it is air.
FYI, the "Fifth Element" was believed to exist by the ancients, but they could not prove its existence. It is the source of the term "quintessential".

OMG that is such an old movie but yes, I agree with the previous answer. She was the fifth element and she was able to harness the powers of the 4 that we know well-
