Unfortunately, the use of home based computer games and other video games is seriously putting a "crimp" in the Arcade Business. You would have to do some serious research into the demographics of the area. Are there enough "teens and tweens" in the area to support a business. Is there a safe area for your business to promote foot traffic and does this area have a curfew? (this would really hamper your business)
If you are serious about this prospect, I suggest that you go to your local "Chamber of Commerce" and your local "Small Business Association". Both of these places will have this information available to help you make your descision.
Good luck.
