yeah, many times...
one way to let it out is have a time with myself, take a walk, take time to think things over and go watch a movie - alone. you could choose a light romantic/comedy movie or a drama depends on what you want to happen (or what you really prefer to watch - so as you won't waste your money; you could watch it in the cinema house or inside your own place, the important thing is you are alone, wherein you could bring out out and show what you really feel).

light romantic/comedy could make you bounce back - it is not escaping your problem or pretending. there are problems that you could not just deal with/solve at the moment. it would be more logical and practical to gather yourself, compose yourself, keep that smile on your face and that positive attitude and prepare yourself. deal with it in the near future/some other time or cross the bridge when you get there .

drama or any movie wherein you could relate your situation could be very effective in helping you out with crying. all you have to do is open up yourself. don't refuse to cry. let it go and tears will be finally out...

that is just one way to bring yourself into crying or smilimng again so you might get relieved but the important thing is you bounce back, don't be trapped into the feeling of wanting to cry... enjoy life. be happy. it is a matter of choice, choose to be happy!

I bet it really helped him knowing that he had someone like you talk to him and someone who could listen to him. If it doesn't work out with this girl, he might go with you because he knows you can listen to him and not get bored or you guys can have conversations. Sometimes you look at a guy and say.. "Oh god, i would love to be his girlfriend"...but in the end you two can't even keep a conversation.. there's a problem.. and that might happen! So keep hope..

Yeah I can't cry recently and I really need to.
I'm not sure if this is the reason, but I had to get glasses a few weeks ago and the optician said I had "dry eyes" which is why I have quite bad eyesight. Which means that my eyes aren't lubricated enough and they haven't got enough liquid.
I think that's why I don't "have tears". or O could have tears.
:/

Yeah, a lot actually. Where the emotion just isn't quite strong enough to bring on tears. I hate that feeling. I'd rather cry and get it over with.

Yes, sometimes. I always feel better if I do cry though. I usually listen to some really sad music and that makes me cry! Can't live if living is without you by Harry Neilson usually does the trick for me as it reminds me of my Dad before he died. x
