Get some low rise jeans and a thong that is 3 sizes too big. You may have to put some safety pins in it to keep the straps from hanging over the sides of your pants but it should be easier to notice! Good luck!

hmmn... I think I have the answer,
make your own thong out of a noisy material, such as tinfoil, that way the noise should help attract people to the right region
also, try wearing a t-shirt with a big arrow on the back pointing down and sign saying "check out the muff!"
also, just to make 100% sure, wear a paper bag on your head so that people wont be distracted by your face...
