problems of speech?

i have a twin boys age of three and four months, we speak arabic,they did not talk as kids of there age, many words may be in short sentences but not complete word , words not completely correct, they understand if we ask them to do something they do it,so we have to ask a doctor for them or not,to talk in obvious clear manner

You really should consult a speech therapist. This is a person trained to help people with unusual speech problems. A good speech therapist will determine if the problem they have with their speech is physical or not.
