In my own opinion, the best promo that The Rock ever did was when Chris Jericho debuts on WWF RAW. Y2J couldn't have a better debut than anyone else and The Rock made sure that everyone was thrilled and excited about it. It was really entertaining and it made me have goosebumps, especially when The Rock disses Y2J at the end and the crowd was like singing along with him.

Rocky has made so many great promos..he was the master on this part!!but i love when he was mocking the other 5 guys backstage before the 6-man Hell in a Cell...LMAO promo...
