Unfortunately, your profile does not give a clue of where you are. And people posting questions on Yahoo Phiolippines come from all points of the globe.

Postage will depend on where you are sending the card from. Of course, sending from Antarctica will cost more than sending from HongKong, or sending from Belgium vs BelAir, or from San Diego vs the Court of St James.

around 70 to 75 cents if it's light, but if it's a little bit heavy, let them weigh it , it's not gonna cost you more unless you send tons of them :)

One First class stamp and allow 3 weeks at least for delivery.

mail it from the post office, the scale will give you the exact amount
