Generally, it could be an indicator of a heart attack but you need to have other variables & for women, it's different then in men. It's a classic symptom for men. Women can
have unusual fatigue, sleep disturbance,
shortness of breath, indigestion, anxiety -
Major symptoms during the heart attack include:
Shortness of breath, Weakness, unusual fatigue,
cold sweat, dizziness-
A person may feel heaviness, tightness, pain, burning, pressure or squeezing, usually behind the breastbone but sometimes also in the arms, neck or jaws. It can also cause shortness of breath. The pain usually gets better or goes away with rest.
A woman's arm can hurt because it is sore from a bruise, sprained or have some micro tears in it from working out...

Well, left arm pain can signal a heart attack, but before you freak out, consider muscular complaints like tendonitis. Have you been overdoing it physically lately?
If you have shortness of breath and your arm pain is unremitting, go to ER asap to rule out a heart attack.
Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!

A few things. Could be a sore muscle, ripped muscle, joints, tendants etc. Could be a heart attack, blocked artery (angina etc). Check for lumps in the left brest.

Isn't that a sign of a heart attack? I really think it is. Be careful.
