Okay guys.... This sis orta a serious question.... Okay so my family just had a wedding and a BUNCH of my family members came up to visit for the wedding.. Well sadly they left today and im feeling sorta depressed about my 2 cousins... We got to hang out only like 3 days because he had to leave right away since he's in the army, and my OTHER cousin had to leave with her baby..... I've always felt this when someone left... ( GAY, i know right..) Well, anyways, i was asking someone about this and they said *they had NO clue thought..* that this could be a sorta of depression.. And it kindda sucks.. Anyone want to help me out with these..

1. Could this be a sorta of depression..
2. Anyone want to help me cheer up - My other friend suggested that I find something to do besides think about missing them... Got any ideas for ANYTHING?

Yes, it's depression, but you have to understand something: this is depression "with cause", that is, it is provoked by an actual, tangible occurrence. (Someone leaves, you feel sad...cause and effect), this is a normal reaction. Unhealthy depression is when it seems to arise without any apparent cause or stimulus. As a result, it's cause is most likely chemical imbalances within the body. That's not applying to you.
