I always wear my seatbelt...because my cousin died in a car accident(even though she had her seatbelt on). I just feel safer with it on.

I always wear my seatbelt...I'm not so much concerned about getting a ticket than I am about my head/body going through my windshield!

Where I live they actually have police assigned for seat belt violations ! They sit just outside exits to shopping malls. Fact. Jackson, Michigan. Drug deals going on in this low life city, but they catch seat belt violators for $75 fines.

I always wear mine HOWEVER I do NOT believe it's the government's place to tell me that I have to wear it or else. I don't agree with laws which protect people from themselves.

kinda both for me, I have automatic shoulder belts in my car so the shoulder part goes on by itself, I always have it on but i never use the lap belt except when I get pulled over.

I always wear it.
One of my previous car was so messed up, if you didn't buckle-up, the buzzer messed up the computer and it wouldn't start. Foreign car.
