Hello,

I'll get you started then you should be able to finish.

We set up an equation;

1) 18 = x% * 45 and then solve for x giving us x% = 18/45 = .4 so x = 40 %

2) x% * 60 = 39 so x% = 39/60 x% = .65 so x = 65%

3) 23 = 92% * x so x = 23/92% or x = 23/.92 = 25
