it is AGAINST it. The rights of the killers are always in question. What about the rights of the old couple or young woman who was tied up, raped and murdered while their family members watched? These killers get 20 years of life after robbing somebody of theirs before they get a quick death. What if they were sentenced to die as their victims had? A guy down here where I live just got off on a technicality after cutting off his THREE BABIES HEADS. His wife helped and they were high but still you cannot reattach a baby's head and expect things to work again. HE DECAPITATED THEM - ALL THREE BABIES. The youngest was 4 months old so it couldn't fight back. Neither could the 14 month old and the 2 year old. What about their cruel and unusual punishment? What is your take on baby killers, mother rapists and old lady rapist/killers? Should the devil be given breakfast, lunch and dinner for the next 20 some years as payment for killing innocent people?

For those who have not been Horribly affected by a monster on the loose' sense of such amorality, that he or she has killed someone who we have treasured - (who has been innocent, filled with dreams of fulfilling a life of theirs to a certain contentment, living a life, filled with horrific, unbelievable danger all around him or her, yet never expecting their life to be taken by these monsters on the prowl), it will never make any sense as what to do with them; the monsters in question.
They will become such liberals and "fair" minded persons who can not understand the EXTRAORDINARY pains the relations of those, whom the monsters have taken away in a more complete way . . ONLY, because such a nightmarish surreality, has never yet touched them.
I say: An eye for an eye,
A tooth for a tooth, Still.
Perhaps that in full reality is revenge, but then again, it is all that can be meted against a monster, a deformity of the best of human nature. There is a great insult added to obscene injury to allow the monster continuation of life, when he violated life and took with him, for (what possible reason which could be accepted, the life of an innocent other, and the peace and general faith of that victim's family and relations, who loved that poor person, caught in unjust circumstances.
I say : Give the monsters DEATH, as deserved!

i think if someone killed someone, it doesn't matter who it was... young or old, man or woman, child or adult, they deserve to be killed... i wish we could kill them however they killed their victim but that is concidered "cruel and unusual punishment"... but oh well... If the victim was incapable of defending themselves, like the babies you talked about, or the elderly (altho i have seen some pretty strong elderly people, but that is beside the point...), then they should definately die... People are arguing about the killer's rights... well what about the victim's rights, or the victim's families' rights??? I think once you have committed a crime as bad as that, you get all rights taken away from you... you are no longer under the constitution and executioners can do with you as you please... they can be given a list of crimes that the killer has committed, and give them the proper punishment they deserve, before they kill them... I'm sorry if this sounds morbid or inhumane or what have you, but that is my opinion, i'm sorry... that is how i feel and have always felt... My uncle was murdered exactly a year before i was born... my father was away at the time and had to come home for his funeral... my parents were supposed to be married in the summer when he was supposed to take his leave of absence, but he had to take it for the funeral, so they had to get married less than 2 weeks after my father attended his brother's funeral... my uncle was sodomized and then shot in the back of his head while he was kneeling on the ground begging for his life and the life of his fiancee and their unborn child... but the guy killed them all anyway... the killer got to sit in jail for 14 years before he finally died of natural causes... That thing should have been shot as soon as they found him guilty...

When they apply it with equity to Women and White Men and can prove guilt beyond any question of doubt instead of about 20% and hold Prosecutors and Police officers accountable for their conduct?

I'm right there with you......

EDIT: Buddhist:
I've witnessed both with equal clarity. The corrupt system is the equally evil and large Monster on the other side of the River....try visiting with that for a while as well.....
