i dont want it to prevent pregnancy. im not having sex. but i want it because my period absolutely sucks! i get so emotional. i'll cry for really no reason, i'll scream and get angry with those i love, and the cramps and back pain is the worst pain i have ever experianced. im 16 so i'm pretty sure i'm old enough. the main reason i want it is because i heard your period gets worse as you age, and they are terrible now so they will be worse than unbearable later

Having sex doesn't decrease your period pains.
Go talk to the doctor about birth control, that will help.

Im sorry but you really do not phrase your question clearly, anyway seriously go speak to your doctor or nurse!
they should advise you on the best possible pill to take,
OR because your very young, why not visit the herbal shop!
Im taking AGNES CASTUS which is from a chaste tree, and nearly all my pms symptoms have completley gone, there are other things available, if you go into the shop the lady in there will have a book on all different types of remedies,

I would recommend talking to your doctor to find out if there could be something like a hormone imbalance going on.
Ask your doctor about if it's ok to try B6 in either a bottle by itself or as part of B Complex. I have found that to be good for my pre-period moods.
