My landlady. Oh how she suffers. We've got around twenty young kids that hang out just outside her door screaming and laughing, and she has been known to chase them away with various objects, including fly swatters, butter knives, brooms, chicken feed...The houses here are stuck to one another and there are no parks for kids to play in so they play on the street. For me however, the biggest noise pollution in my town are those darn scooters and vespa's. I live on a hill so they have to really step on it to get up and you wouldn't believe the noise!
