Remember, you may go through dozens of auditions before you get a part. That's just the nature of the business, there's so much competition. The "actor blues" are perfectly normal and very common.
So, you're signed by an agency? How much expereince do you have? If you don't have much, they might have jumped the gun on signing you and your not getting callbacks is just due to being a beginning actor. Always take classes. Even the greats continue to study.
Also, ask your agent. I'm assuming it's not a look thing, since your agent should only be submitting you for things that you match in the breakdowns (ie. you show up to the audition and see 20 other girls who look like you). Do some fake auditions to mimic the conditions for him/her and see if they can see if there are any issues. Maybe you get nervous at auditions and it affects your reading. Take an auditioning or cold reading class.
If it's not a nerve issue and you're a great actress and you really connect with the material and can show that in your audition, then it may just come down to the preference of the casting director. If that's the case, welcome to the world of the working actor!

The signs are not good. What are you doing to become a better actress since you signed with the agency? You should be in an amateur play somewhere and be taking an acting class.
Of course you are right for the parts your agent sends you out for, but you are going to have to start getting them or the agent will give up on you..
I think you need the information on how to audition and get a role that is in my free book, The Tao of Acting. Read my profile and write me at my aol address for more info.

I believe your good at your field... But most of the time these people are looking for something different, something that the industry don't have yet... say for example, a new talent maybe as good as Tom Cruise in terms of acting and style... but the industry don't need this talent anymore because Tom Cruise is already there...
Keep trying and don't stop improving, or should I say evolving...

The only way you will know if you are good enough is if you have confidence in yourself and try not to be nervous. Have a positive attitude and don't stop trying!! Go out there and have fun! If you don't get a callback... oh well IT'S THEIR LOSS!! :) Goodluck!!

Only you can ultimately determine if you're good enough.
Recommendations: read the auto- or just - biographies of actresses such as Bette Davis or Joan Crawford. Talk about self-confidence and determination!!!!!! -----------
Hang in there,

i think you are in a highly competitive field and to be "discovered" early and become a sensation is something that does not happen often. i guess the same advice would apply for you as for anyone breaking into any field... work hard, keep learning, and stay honest

The thing is, a major flirt like him can talk to any girl he want except for the girl her really likes, ive seen guys that cant stop talking to girls like they always know what to say and never run out of things to say but when the girl he likes comes along he freezes up, you need to go up to him and talk, you need to break the ice and get him comfortable with you. you dont need to tell him you like him, just go on a date alone and see what happens

most beginning actos/actresses go through that
you just have to keep trying over and over
dont give up but prepare yourself to know that your not going to get a callback everytime
