No. Ive been known to whack off 5 minutes before a medical & it was fine. Even if you dont masturbate between now & then, pre c u m could still be present in a urine sample for any number of reasons. You dont need to touch it or have orgasm for pre c u m to leak out. So have another tug if it made you feel good, there's nothing to worry about.

Dont worry bout it no doctor will know first off second it wont matter cuz thats not what they are testing
just as long as u pee from the time you masterbate till the time you see the doctor next the doctor will never know peeing sterilizes the urethra from ejaulant.

A doctor isn't concerned about whether you masturbate. It is not an issue. Masturbation is a natural thing to do.
He will not test your urine for sperm or ejaculate fluid so will not know for certain either way.
