my boyfriend is 6 foot, about 160.. and his penis is about 5 and a half inches regularly then about 6 and a half to 7 inches erect.. and he is only 13.. is this normal?

also, we do alot of fooling around.. we have never had sex.. but he has fingered me alot and we makeout and have like 'sessions' over the phone. is his penis larger becuase we do more sexual things?

Normal, despite what some responded. Many guys have fully erect penises where they point skywards. Most guys don't "flop around the legs" at all, if not erect it usually sits above the sac minding its own business. Guys that wear briefs usually "wear" their penis pointing upwards all the time, held in place by the underwear. This is more comfortable when you get a sudden erection, plus it is easier to grab and aim when you pee-no fishing required to get it.

That is big for a kid his age, mine was only 4-5 when I was his age, I am 7inches now.
