Do we know or care who this hanger-on is?
Why would the courts try to conceal his identity, knowing that the internet is worldwide and beyond its jurisdiction?

No need to cut and paste wiki, I am simply pointing out, this "story" is a non-story, since no one really cares who he is. But what is the point in courts trying to stop him being named? 20 years ago it may have been possible, but with the internet, it isn't.
