no they look stupid, like Star Trek wannabees....
I think it is only acceptable in a workplace environment where the hands are really very busy.

Sometimes I don't understand why people wear their headsets all the time. I had one that wore hers while in a kickboxing class. I always wondered how important she truly was to not take the headset off for a hour.
There are also those who wear the headset in class so they can listen to music from their phone/mp3 player while learning.
I have always found that the more important a person is, the less they wear the headset.

i think it makes people look crazy!
we are increasingly looking like a bizarre group of plugged in robots with the headsets, ipods, and other gadgets we have glued to ourselves! some people look like air traffic controllers. it used to be that making a phone call meant going somewhere quiet, sitting down, and giving that person your full attention. in residence halls at college, there was one phone for 150+ girls and they would all line up in the lobby when it would ring at night! i think we need to go back to enjoying our conversations and resting.

I don't think it makes them look cool. I don't really notice it. They do look crazy though talking to themselves, but then you realize they have a bluetooth

Personally, no. But it always makes me laugh because I always think they're talkin to themselves. Also, it makes me think of that Dr Who episode with the cybermen, they have those bluetooth things on both ears.

They resemble the "Borg implants" from Star Trek 2nd Generation. I don't think they look cool, and someone talking to one looks like some form of mental abberant talking to themselves until you see the device.

Its only appropriate if they're a buisnessman or some other sort of professional. Even then, they don't look 'cool', they just look professional. If you just wear it around waiting for someone to call you, that makes you a toolbag.

not that it makes them look cool, but it is sometimes necessary to have both free hands and use them for something else instead of just holding on to the cellular. it is really helpful while driving also.

well, when you can't see them it looks like the person is talking to themselves. very funny. it doesn't make them look cool but they can be useful. when your driving it's a lot safer because you have both hands on the wheel. but it can look kinda dorky at times.

I work for a mobile phone company and sell those things but I still think it's stupid to wear one around all day long. I only use mine in the car!
