I would suggest reading some Friedrick Hayek and Ludwig von Mises.

I believe inside of us all is a talent or something were are good at. employment is something of an award of finding that special gift ,and then getting paid for it .So if you are not liking your job its because your job doesn't like you.Just like in a relationship you've got to be picky don't settle for second best.
