I dont know what could be the problem?

Are you on birth control of any form? Whether or not you are you need to see a doctor because at the very least you are going to end up anemic from blood loss which can cause you a lot of other health problems. And please do not try to just take iron or some self-remedy to cure this, you could have a number of things wrong with you and the only safe way to figure out this problem is with the advice and care of a doctor
Go see a doc ASAP!!!

This bleeding that you are having is breakthrough bleeding (bleeding that can act a lot like a period but isn't). There are a number of things that could cause it such as an infection. The only way to know for sure what is causing this bleeding is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think it could be.
